Mixologist - VIP Bartender

Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.We are looking for a skilled Mixologist - VIP Bartender to craft an exceptional beverage experience for our guests, blending precision, creativity, and showmanship across our day-to-night service.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present classic and signature cocktails to Baoli's quality and consistency standards.Deliver VIP table and bottle service with confident presentation and showmanship.Maintain speed, accuracy, and quality during high-volume peak periods, including weekend and the sunset-to-night transition.Build rapport with VIP guests, regulars, hosts, and promoters to enhance the guest experience.Upsell premium spirits, champagne, and signature cocktails to support bar revenue targets.Maintain mise en place, stock levels, and bar setup/breakdown to venue standards.Coordinate with DJs, hosts, and floor management to support the flow of service through the dinner-to-party transition.Ensure full compliance with UAE alcohol licensing, food safety, and hygiene standards.Ideal Candidate:Minimum 2–4 years' experience as a Bartender/Mixologist within luxury beach clubs, lifestyle restaurants, or high-end nightlife venues.Strong classic cocktail foundation with flair or showmanship suited to VIP service.Proven experience with bottle service protocols.Ability to perform under pressure during high-volume, fast-paced operations.Guest-facing presence and grooming standard that reflects a premium, image-conscious brand.Good English communication skills; French, Arabic, or Russian an advantage given the clientele.Valid or obtainable UAE food/alcohol handling certification.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
