Support the promoter management system, including supplier coordination, recruitment, SOP development, product training, and performance monitoring.Develop and execute initiatives to boost retail and terminal sales and identify new growth opportunities.Work closely with cross-functional and local market teams to ensure strong execution.🎓 What We’re Looking ForClass of 2026 & 2027 graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or above.All majors are welcome; Marketing, Business Administration, Retail, and related fields are preferred.Fluent English with strong business communication skills.Willingness to take on global regional assignments.Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills.Proactive, responsible, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.Good data sensitivity and logical thinking.Relevant internship experience is a plus.
