You decide how models get built, tested and shipped, how the infrastructure scales, and how the team works. Your calls shape the product, the platform and the people around you. You are a builder.The work sits where physics-based simulation meets modern multimodal ML, a combination few people get to work with. The problems are hard, the tooling is current and the pace is fast. Stand is scaling quickly, and what you build now becomes the base for everything that follows.You’ll lead engineers and technical initiatives across disciplines, so clear communication matters. You’ll explain a tough modeling tradeoff to a non-specialist and get the room to agree on a direction.You bring hands-on experience with modern ML tooling and infrastructure, a track record of taking engineering initiatives from first idea to production, and ideally exposure to physics-based modeling or simulation.
