MLOps Engineer

You will be responsible for transforming machine learning models into scalable, production-ready solutions while enabling teams to build reliable and efficient AI systems.ResponsibilitiesBuild End-to-End ML Platforms: Design and implement scalable machine learning platforms to support the full lifecycle of ML modelsCI/CD for ML Workloads: Develop and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines tailored for ML systemsAutomation of ML Processes: Automate training, testing, and deployment workflows to improve efficiency and reproducibilityMonitoring and Observability: Implement systems to monitor model performance, data drift, and system health in productionCloud Infrastructure Development: Build and manage scalable infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Enablement and Standards: Support teams in adopting best practices, tools, and standards for MLOps and AI developmentContinuous Improvement: Contribute to improving ways of working across AI/ML teams, promoting modern engineering practicesQualifications and SkillsTechnical Expertise: Strong programming skills in Python and solid experience with SQLMLOps Tooling: Hands-on experience with tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AICloud & Platform Engineering: Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelinesInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Familiarity with tools such as Terraform and Helm for managing infrastructureOrchestration & Monitoring: Knowledge of workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow) and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus)Analytical Thinking: Ability to tackle complex technical challenges with a structured and pragmatic approachCollaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsEducation: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical fieldLanguage: Strong/Fluent Dutch is essentialBenefitsSalary between €4,500 and €6,500Immediate permanent contractLease car or mobility budgetProfit sharing€3,000 training budget + 5 daysPension (2/3 paid)26 vacation daysHalian GroupWith over 28 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.
