Mobile & Full Stack Developer

About the RoleWe are expanding our team to build and scale the Group’s next-generation career platform. We are looking for a proactive Developer who excels at both mobile app development (Flutter) and backend architecture (.NET C#). In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of key product modules, incorporate cutting-edge AI features, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences across iOS and Android.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain high-performance mobile interfaces using Flutter/Dart for both iOS and Android platforms.Develop, support, and optimize RESTful APIs and database systems using .NET C# to power new and existing features.Incorporate AI-driven functionality to elevate platform capability, smart matching, and user efficiency.Manage end-to-end deployments, updates, and patches on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.Take full ownership of assigned modules, driving continuous enhancements and resolving technical issues efficiently.Partner closely with Frontend Engineers, Product/Marketing teams, and key stakeholders to deliver seamless product features.Conduct feature demos, presentations, and training sessions for internal and external users.Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development to continuously improve platform performance and architecture.Requirements1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter / Dart.1–3+ years of general mobile app development experience across iOS and Android.3–5+ years of backend development experience with .NET C# and REST APIs.Strong understanding of database management and backend API design.Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an agile team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable, high-impact products.
