In this role, the graduate will support the development and maintenance of Android applications, working closely with senior engineers and product teams. Daily tasks may include writing clean and efficient code, testing and debugging mobile features, collaborating on UI/UX improvements, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves learning and applying modern Android development practices, documenting work, and contributing to continuous improvement of app performance and reliability. This position is designed to help early-career professionals grow their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a professional development environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess foundational skills in Android development, including familiarity with Java or Kotlin and basic understanding of Android SDK and development tools.Candidates should possess skills in software engineering fundamentals such as object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and version control (e.g., Git).Candidates should possess skills related to mobile app lifecycle, including testing, debugging, performance optimization, and basic knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to learn new technologies and frameworks quickly.Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; internship or project experience in mobile development is an advantage.An interest in building user-focused applications, staying current with Android trends, and contributing to continuous improvement will be beneficial.
