This is a volunteer, hybrid role based in Lahore, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in coding and debugging mobile apps, integrating APIs, experimenting with AI models, documenting technical work, and participating in team meetings to refine product requirements. The intern will also help analyze user feedback, contribute ideas for feature improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure reliable and user-friendly solutions. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects while contributing meaningfully to the company’s mission.QualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and approach problems systematically.Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate in team settings.Foundational knowledge in software development and programming, ideally with experience in mobile app technologies (e.g., Android, iOS, cross-platform frameworks) and interest in AI tools or libraries.Basic understanding of sales or product positioning concepts, with an interest in how technical solutions address user needs and market demands.Enrollment in or completion of a relevant degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field) is preferred.Familiarity with version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development workflows is beneficial.Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Lahore, manage time effectively, and learn new technologies quickly.Commitment to ethical technology use, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.What You’ll Do:Assist in developing and refining features for our Android/Flutter application.Support the integration of our in-house AI features (e.g., "Chummy AI" for threat detection).Write clean, documented code and participate in agile sprint reviews.Help troubleshoot device-specific issues (e.g., background service optimization on Pakistani OEM devices).What You Get:Direct mentorship from the Industry Professional Founder.A powerful, real-world project for your GitHub and resume.Official Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation upon successful completion.First priority for future paid roles or equity tracks.📌 IMPORTANT NOTE ON COMPENSATION:This is an unpaid, learning-focused internship.
