Job Description — React Native Developer (iOS majorly)Position - Mobile App DeveloperReact Native Developer — Android & iOSExperience3-5 YearsEmployment TypeFull-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join our engineering team and build high-quality, scalable mobile applications for both Android and *iOS* platforms.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with React Native, TypeScript/JavaScript, mobile application architecture, API integration, performance optimization, and publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.* Build applications for both Android and iOS with a consistent and high-quality user experience.* Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and reusable mobile components.* Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, payment gateways, analytics, push notifications, and other external services.* Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and QA engineers.* Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.* Optimize application performance, memory usage, startup time, and network operations.* Debug and resolve issues across different Android and iOS devices and OS versions.* Implement secure authentication, local storage, deep linking, notifications, and app permissions.* Manage application builds, signing, and releases for both Android and iOS.* Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.* Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.* Monitor production issues and provide timely fixes and improvements.Required Skills* 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.* Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.* Strong understanding of React.js, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.* Experience building and releasing applications for both Android and iOS.* Good understanding of mobile application lifecycle and platform-specific behavior.* Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and asynchronous programming.* Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar.* Good knowledge of Git and Git-based workflows.* Experience with debugging and performance optimization.* Understanding of Android and iOS build/release processes.* Experience with Firebase or similar services is preferred.RequirementsGood to Have* Experience with React Native New Architecture / Fabric / TurboModules.* Experience with native Android development (Kotlin/Java).* Experience with native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C).* Experience creating and maintaining React Native native modules.* Knowledge of CI/CD for mobile applications.* Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics, FCM/APNs.* Experience with deep linking, universal links, and app links.* Experience integrating payment gateways and other third-party SDKs.* Understanding of mobile security and secure storage.* Experience working on fintech, e-commerce, or other high-scale consumer applications.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.* Good communication and collaboration skills.* Ability to work independently and take ownership of features from development to production.What We Offer* Opportunity to work on products used by real customers at scale.* Ownership of mobile features from design to production.* Exposure to modern mobile technologies and scalable architectures.* Collaborative engineering environment.* Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Interview Focus AreasCandidates may be evaluated on:* React Native fundamentals* JavaScript/TypeScript* Android & iOS development* Mobile architecture* State management* API integration* Performance optimization* Debugging and troubleshooting* Native module integration* CI/CD and app deployment* Coding and problem-solving skills
