• 開發與維護跨平台 App 功能及介面，兼顧不同裝置與螢幕尺寸。
• 整合 API 與行動平台功能，處理狀態管理、非同步工作、錯誤情境與資料一致性。
• 組織可重用、可測試的程式碼，與設計師改善載入狀態、導覽及互動品質。
• 排查當機、效能及相容性問題，涵蓋不同裝置與作業系統版本。
• 撰寫測試、參與程式碼審查，協助建置、商店上架與版本維護。
• 與設計及後端夥伴釐清需求、安排優先順序，維護實用的技術文件。必要條件
• 具 2 年以上行動應用開發經驗，參與過實際 App 上架及維護，能清楚說明個人貢獻。
• 熟悉 Flutter 或其他跨平台框架，具 iOS／Android 建置、除錯、版本交付及裝置相容性實務經驗。
• 具 API 整合、狀態管理、非同步程式設計與錯誤處理能力。
• 具 Git、測試及正式環境問題排查經驗，能透過紀錄或診斷工具找出問題並驗證修正。
• 能與設計師及工程師可靠合作，清楚回報進度與風險，持續完成交付。
• 具中等工作英文能力，能閱讀相關資料、撰寫簡潔進度與問題說明，並參與例行英文工作討論。加分條件
• 具 Swift／Kotlin 或跨平台與原生模組整合經驗。
• 具自動化建置與發布流程、無障礙設計或 App 效能改善經驗。應徵資料

Work with design and backend teammates from requirements and implementation through testing, app store releases and ongoing maintenance, with attention to usability, performance and reliability.What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain cross-platform app features and interfaces across devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate APIs and mobile platform capabilities, managing application state, asynchronous work, errors and data consistency.
• Organise reusable, testable code and improve loading states, navigation and interaction quality with designers.
• Investigate crashes, performance issues and compatibility problems across devices and operating system versions.
• Write tests, participate in code reviews, and support builds, app store submissions and release maintenance.
• Clarify requirements with design and backend teammates, agree priorities and maintain useful technical documentation.What you’ll bring
• 2+ years of mobile development experience, including actual app releases and maintenance, with a clear account of your contribution.
• Experience with Flutter or another cross-platform framework, plus practical iOS/Android building, debugging, release delivery and device compatibility work.
• Practical API integration, state-management, asynchronous programming and error-handling skills.
• Experience with Git, testing and production troubleshooting; ability to use logs or diagnostic tools to identify issues and verify fixes.
• Reliable collaboration with designers and engineers, including clear progress and risk updates and consistent follow-through.
• Intermediate working English: read relevant materials, write concise progress and issue updates, and participate in routine project discussions.Helpful, not essential
• Swift/Kotlin or cross-platform-to-native module integration experience.
• Automated build and release workflows, accessibility, or mobile app performance optimisation experience.How to apply
