The developer will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring responsive UI and smooth user experiences. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs and third-party services, managing data and app performance, and collaborating with designers and other developers on new features. The role also involves debugging issues, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, and participating in code reviews and technical discussions. The developer will work closely with the training and product teams to support innovative digital solutions aligned with HUB IT’s mission.QualificationsStrong Software Development skills, including experience with mobile application architecture and lifecycle.Proficiency in Programming, with solid knowledge of Flutter/Dart and familiarity with object-oriented principles.Experience working with Databases (e.g., SQLite, Firebase, or other relational/non-relational databases) for data storage and retrieval.Understanding of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) or similar styling concepts for creating intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces.Ability to handle Integration with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, team-based environment.Familiarity with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store is an advantage.
