Senior Full-Stack Mobile App DeveloperLocation: New Cairo Egypt1 Year Renewable ContractAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Mobile App Developer to lead the end-to-end development of an internal enterprise mobile application. You will own the mobile frontend (React Native) and backend services (Django), delivering secure, reliable, and scalable solutions used by internal teams. This role requires strong engineering judgment, a high bar for quality, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust products.Key ResponsibilitiesMobile Frontend (React Native)· Architect and build cross-platform mobile features using React Native and TypeScript· Translate internal user workflows into clean, accessible, and responsive UI (from Figma or requirements)· Integrate mobile app with backend APIs (REST/GraphQL) including auth and secure session management· Implement state management and offline-first patterns where needed (sync, caching, retries)· Ensure high performance and stability: optimize rendering, navigation, startup time, and memory usage· Own app release lifecycle: environment configurations, build signing, versioning, store/internal distributionBackend (Django)· Design and develop backend services using Python + Django (ideally Django REST Framework)· Build secure APIs for internal mobile consumption (RBAC, permissions, validation, rate limiting)· Model business data in PostgreSQL/MySQL, ensure query performance, migrations, and data integrity· Implement background jobs and scheduled tasks (e.g., Celery/RQ, cron) for enterprise workflows· Integrate enterprise systems and third-party services (SSO, email/SMS, push notifications, ERP/HR systems)· Create API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger), versioning strategy, and governance for internal consumersQuality, Security, and Delivery· Establish testing strategy across mobile and backend (unit, integration, E2E) and automate in CI/CD· Implement observability: logging, monitoring, alerting, crash reporting, and incident response practices· Apply secure coding practices for enterprise contexts (secrets management, encryption at rest/in transit)· Lead technical decisions, conduct code reviews, mentor others, and drive best practices across the stack· Work in an agile environment: estimate accurately, deliver iteratively, and communicate risks earlyRequired Qualifications· 7+ years software development experience with strong ownership of production systems· Strong experience shipping mobile apps with React Native (TypeScript preferred)· Strong experience building APIs with Django and RESTful design patterns (DRF strongly preferred)· Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM best practices· Experience implementing authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth2) and role-based access control· Solid understanding of enterprise non-functional requirements: security, reliability, maintainability· Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelinesPreferred Qualifications· Experience with enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC), Azure AD/Entra ID integrations· Experience with Django Channels/WebSockets for real-time features· Background processing with Celery + Redis/RabbitMQ· Containerization and deployment using Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)· Mobile testing frameworks: Jest, Detox, or similar· Experience with internal distribution and MDM ecosystems (Intune, device policies)
