Our mobile apps are where a lot of that magic happens, from buying tickets, to entering the venue, to checking in on the night itself.We're looking for a Flutter Developer to help us build mobile experiences that are fast, smooth, and rock-solid when it matters most (which, in our world, is usually when 10,000 people are trying to use the app at the same time).What you'll doBuild and maintain cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter, targeting both iOS and Android from a single codebaseWork on customer-facing apps for ticket buyers, event-day check-in tools, and organiser-side appsObsess about performance. Smooth scrolling, fast cold starts, responsive UI under pressure, efficient state management. Yes, all of itCollaborate with designers, backend devs, and product folks to turn ideas into polished, performant featuresOwn features end-to-end, from spec through release, including the unglamorous bits like testing, crash monitoring, and release managementHelp shape our mobile architecture, conventions, and shared component patternsHave a voice in technical decisions. We want your opinions, not just your codeWhat we're looking forAt least 3 years of professional Flutter experience, with apps you've shipped to the App Store and Google PlayProven experience building high-performance apps. You know how to profile, identify bottlenecks, and fix themStrong grasp of Dart, async patterns, and Flutter's rendering pipeline (you've used the DevTools performance tab and it wasn't your first time)Comfortable with state management (Riverpod, Bloc, Provider, or similar). You can defend why you'd reach for one over anotherSolid understanding of native platform behaviors on iOS and Android. You know when Flutter ends and the platform beginsExperience with REST APIs, WebSockets, caching strategies, and offline-first patternsYou write code that other humans can read and maintainStrong communication skills.
