Mobile Application Developer

About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Mobile App Developer with 4–5 years ofhands-on experience in Flutter and/or React Native to build and maintain high-qualitymobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing secure,scalable, and high-performance applications, preferably in the FinTech domain.The candidate should be well-versed in the complete mobile application lifecycle, includingdevelopment, optimization, security, monitoring, deployment, and post-release support onboth Android and iOS platforms.Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native.● Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architecture.● Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, and third-party SDKs.● Publish, maintain, and manage applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.● Monitor application stability using Firebase Crashlytics and proactively resolve crashes and ANRs. ● Optimize application performance, start-up time, memory usage, battery consumption, and network utilization.● Implement mobile application security best practices including secure storage, encryption, SSL pinning, API security, and authentication.● Ensure compliance with Play Store and App Store policies and release guidelines.● Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes.● Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams.● Participate in code reviews and follow clean coding standards.● Maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile application releases.Required Skills ● 4–5 years of experience in Mobile Application Development.● Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and/or React Native.● Excellent knowledge of Dart and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.● Experience with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, MobX, or GetX.● Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL.● Experience with Firebase services including:○ Crashlytics○ Analytics○ Cloud Messaging (FCM)○ Remote Config● Experience with Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.● Knowledge of mobile app release management and versioning.● Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.● Good understanding of Android and iOS platform guidelines.Educational Qualification ● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Experience ● Experience in FinTech, Banking, NBFC, Lending, Payments, Insurance, or Financial Services.● Experience with payment gateways and financial APIs.● Knowledge of KYC, Aadhaar, PAN verification, OCR, or DigiLocker integrations.● Experience with deep linking, push notifications, analytics, and attribution SDKs.● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
