About Bluenumber® and MillionMakers™Bluenumber is a technology company built on the idea that workers are the most reliable source on their own working conditions. We provide the data infrastructure that lets workers, farmers, and communities own, control, and where relevant earn from the data they generate, instead of handing it over for free to whoever is auditing or surveying them.MillionMakers™ is Bluenumber's tool for direct worker voice and human rights due diligence surveys. Workers at client deployment sites across Southeast Asia and beyond register, complete surveys on their own devices, share their location where relevant, and receive payment notifications when they qualify for incentive payments. Clients, including large multinational supply chain companies, use the results to assess working conditions, recruitment practices, and grievances at their sites.Who we're looking for:An experienced developer, or a group of developers who deliver and invoice as one unit, is welcome to apply. Registered company, studio, and independent teams are all eligible. What we need is a team that has shipped full-stack mobile and backend software to a fixed specification and a fixed deadline before. Portfolio evidence and two references from comparable projects will be required at proposal stage.What the engagement covers:→ Cross-platform mobile application for Android and iOS→ Complete backend REST API, documented to OpenAPI 3.x, built to support both the mobile app and Bluenumber's internal operations platform→ AWS infrastructure, managed as code, with a CI/CD pipeline running from day one→ Offline-capable mobile experience with automatic sync on reconnection→ Multi-language support, deployed in emerging markets→ Production deployment, UAT support, and defect resolution ahead of go-liveBluenumber provides complete HTML specifications for every screen and flow in the mobile app.There's no wireframing or design phase to run. The work is building to spec, and building it well.Timeline:Hard delivery deadline: 7 October 2026.
