As we are expending , we are looking for Mobile Application Developer.What You'll DoMaintain and extend our production Flutter app (auth, Firebase, REST APIs, Bloc state management, real-time features — all already wired up) ;Build new features and iterate based on user feedback and business needs ;Migrate another FlutterFlow-built app to a clean, maintainable codebase using AI-assisted development ;Use AI coding tools as a core part of your daily workflow ;Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability ;Optimize app performance, fix bugs, and improve UX ;Work closely with backend engineers on API integrations ;Opportunity to lead mobile development as we scale.What We're Looking ForExperience building and shipping mobile apps (any framework — Flutter, React Native, native iOS/Android, etc.);You are located in Riga, Latvia ;Proficiency with AI-assisted development — you actively use LLM-based coding tools and know how to prompt, review, and iterate effectively ;Solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and app lifecycle ;Ability to read and work with an existing codebase (Firebase, REST APIs, Bloc pattern) ;Strong code review instincts — especially for evaluating AI-generated code ;Experience with app store deployment (iOS & Android) ;Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy.Why Join TalTap?Impact: Evolve the core app powering the future of on-demand work;Modern Workflow: AI-first development — if it makes you faster, use it;Solid Foundation: You're not starting from scratch — the app is live with real users;Growth: Potential to lead mobile development as we scale;Autonomy: Results-driven, high-trust culture;Equity: Stock options — grow with the company.
