We work closely with our founders and leadership team to build scalable products with meaningful business impact.Job RoleWe are looking for a Mobile Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in Flutter and/or React Native to build and scale our B2C mobile applications.Candidates with recent experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, Banking, NBFC, Payments, Insurance, or Financial Services will be strongly preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable Android and iOS applications using Flutter and/or React Native.Build clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable mobile application architecture.Develop high-performance B2C applications with a strong focus on reliability, security, and user experience.Integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs, financial APIs, payment gateways, and third-party SDKs.Implement secure authentication, authorization, token management, encrypted storage, SSL pinning, and other mobile security practices.Work closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver features end-to-end.Monitor application performance and stability using Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics, and proactively resolve crashes, ANRs, and production issues.Implement push notifications, deep linking, Remote Config, attribution, and analytics integrations.Manage application releases through Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect, including versioning and production deployments.Maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines and follow Git-based development and release practices.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to clean coding and development standards.Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely fixes.Required Skills4–6 years of professional experience in Mobile Application Development.Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native.Proficiency in Dart and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.Good understanding of Android and iOS application lifecycle, platform guidelines, permissions, storage, and networking.Experience with state management frameworks such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, Redux, MobX, GetX, or equivalent.Strong understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL.Experience with Firebase Crashlytics, Analytics, FCM, and Remote Config.Experience with Google Play Console and Apple App Store Connect.Good knowledge of Git, GitHub/GitLab, branching strategies, and CI/CD.Strong understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.Ideal Candidate for us :3 - 5 years Mobile Development | Flutter / React Native | B2C Applications | FinTech/Lending Experience | API Integrations | Production App ExperienceIf you have built and managed customer-facing mobile applications within the FinTech or financial services ecosystem, we'd love to hear from you.
