Mobile Application Developer

Panthar InfoHub is hiring a full-time Mobile Application Developer for an on-site role based in Jhansi. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance mobile applications that support the company’s safety and wellness-focused solutions.The role involves building modern cross-platform mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP), developing shared business logic, implementing scalable architectures, integrating APIs and backend services, managing local data, and collaborating with the development team to deliver production-ready applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and Compose Multiplatform (CMP).Build and maintain shared business logic across Android and iOS platforms.Implement platform-specific functionality using Kotlin's expect and actual implementations.Develop modern and responsive user interfaces using Compose Multiplatform.Design and implement scalable application architectures using Clean Architecture principles.Work with architectural patterns such as MVI (Model-View-Intent) and MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) based on application requirements.Manage UI state, events, intents, side effects, and business logic effectively.Implement dependency injection using Koin DI.Use Room Database for local data persistence, caching, and offline functionality.Design clean abstractions using interfaces and reusable components to maintain a modular and scalable codebase.Integrate REST APIs, backend services, and third-party services.Optimize application performance, reliability, and overall user experience.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, production-ready applications.Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for code quality, testing, maintainability, and scalability.Use Git and GitHub effectively for version control and collaborative development.Document technical implementations, architecture decisions, and development processes.Contribute to continuous improvement of the mobile development workflow and engineering practices.Qualifications & RequirementsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with Kotlin and modern mobile development practices.Strong experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP).Experience working with Compose Multiplatform (CMP) for cross-platform UI development.Strong expertise in designing and implementing shared business logic architecture.Good understanding and practical experience with Kotlin's expect and actual mechanism for platform-specific implementations.Hands-on experience with Koin Dependency Injection (DI).Experience working with Room Database for local data storage, persistence, and caching.Strong understanding of interfaces, abstractions, and modular software design.Strong knowledge of Clean Architecture, including proper separation of Presentation, Domain, and Data layers.Experience implementing MVI (Model-View-Intent) and MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) architectural patterns.Ability to manage application state, UI state, events, and side effects efficiently.Experience building clean, scalable, maintainable, and reusable codebases.Good understanding of API integration and communication with backend services.Strong knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows, including branching, pversion control.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Ability to write clean, efficient, well-structured, and maintainable code.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality applications.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.Ability to understand technical requirements and independently contribute to application development.A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Bonus SkillsThe following experience will be considered a plus:Experience with native Android development.Experience with native iOS development.Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Google Play Store.Experience publishing and maintaining applications on the Apple App Store.Knowledge of mobile application deployment, release management, and versioning.Experience with app performance monitoring, crash reporting, and production debugging.Familiarity with automated testing and mobile application testing practices.Experience working on production-level mobile applications.This is a full-time, on-site position in Jhansi, offering the opportunity to work on real-world, scalable mobile products using modern cross-platform technologies and industry-standard mobile architecture practices.
