Experience: 7 – 10 Years.Notice Period: Immediate JoinersDesignation: Senior Software Engineer/ Module Lead.Location: Chennai, WFO.We are looking for a highly motivated Senior React Native Developer to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) and help build the next generation of our customer-facing mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native while integrating with enterprise-grade Java-based backend APIs.This role requires strong expertise in mobile application architecture, UI/UX implementation, API integration, performance optimization, and modern DevOps practices. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Architects, QA Engineers, and Java backend teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile experiences.Key Responsibilities Mobile Application Development Design, develop, test, and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android.Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and shared libraries.Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces aligned with enterprise design standards.Ensure consistent behaviour across mobile platforms.API & Backend IntegrationIntegrate mobile applications with Java-based REST APIs and microservices.Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and optimize payloads.Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.Handle asynchronous data flows, caching, and offline scenarios.Architecture & Engineering ExcellenceParticipate in architecture reviews and technical design discussions.Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable application architecture.Drive adoption of coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.Contribute to mobile platform strategy and technical roadmaps.Performance & QualityOptimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Implement monitoring, analytics, and crash reporting solutions.Ensure high code quality through peer reviews and automated testing.DevOps & Release ManagementSupport CI/CD pipelines for mobile application delivery.Manage build, deployment, and release processes for App Store and Google Play.Work closely with QA teams on automation and test strategy.Participate in production support and incident management.CollaborationPartner with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, and Engineering teams.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.Required Technical Skills Must Have5+ years of software development experience.3+ years of hands-on React Native development experience.Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.Experience building and deploying applications to:Apple App StoreGoogle Play StoreStrong knowledge of:React NativeReactRedux / Zustand / React QueryHTML5, CSS3Experience consuming RESTful APIs.Understanding of mobile architecture patterns:MVVMClean ArchitectureComponent-Based ArchitectureExperience with:GitCI/CD pipelinesAgile/Scrum methodologiesStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills.API & Integration SkillsExperience integrating with Java backend services:Spring BootREST APIsOAuth2JWT AuthenticationUnderstanding of API Gateway and Microservices architecture.Knowledge of JSON, API security, and mobile networking.Mobile Platform SkillsPush Notifications (Firebase/APNs)Deep LinkingSecure Storage (Keychain/Keystore)App Performance MonitoringCrash AnalyticsApp Lifecycle Management
