Location: Noida / Mumbai (Onsite)Fulltime Permanent role Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Mobile Application Development to lead our mobile engineering team and take ownership of the technical implementation and delivery of high-quality mobile applications.The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing technical direction, making architectural and implementation decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of mobile applications.

The ideal candidateshould have strong hands-on experience in native Android/iOS development, Flutter, backend API integration,socket-based communication, and mobile application architecture, along with strong problem-solving and teamleadership skills.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership● Lead the technical design, development, implementation, testing, and deployment of mobile applications.● Define and maintain mobile application architecture, coding standards, development practices, and technicalguidelines.● Make appropriate technical decisions and ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, andperformant.● Review technical requirements and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.● Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.● Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and production issues.● Work closely with backend, QA, product, UI/UX, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.Mobile Application Development● Be actively involved in hands-on coding and development, contributing directly to the implementation ofkey features, modules, and complex technical components.● Provide hands-on technical guidance for Android and iOS native application development.● Lead development using Native/Flutter and ensure effective use of cross-platform development practices.● Design and implement integrations with RESTful APIs, backend services, WebSockets/sockets, andreal-time communication systems.● Ensure applications are optimized for performance, stability, scalability, security, and reliability.● Troubleshoot complex application issues including crashes, performance bottlenecks, network issues, andintegration problems.● Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, tools, and industry best practices.Team Management & Mentoring● Lead, mentor, and guide mobile developers in their day-to-day technical work.● Allocate technical tasks and ensure effective utilization of team members.● Provide technical guidance and support to developers when dealing with complex implementation challenges.● Conduct code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.● Help team members improve their technical skills and development practices.● Monitor progress, identify technical risks, and proactively address delivery challenges.● Work with project/product leadership to ensure commitments are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.Delivery & Collaboration● Own the technical delivery of mobile application projects from development through release.● Break down requirements into technical tasks and provide effort and implementation estimates.● Identify dependencies, risks, and technical challenges early in the development lifecycle.● Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Backend Engineers, and DevOps teams.● Ensure proper documentation of architecture, technical decisions, APIs, and development processes.● Participate in release planning, production deployments, and post-release issue resolution.Required Skills & Experience● 8+ years of experience in mobile application development, with relevant experience in a technical leadership role.● Strong hands-on experience in Flutter and SWIFT/Kotlin(Jetpack Compose).● Strong experience in native Android and/or iOS application development.● Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.● Strong experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.● Hands-on experience with WebSockets, sockets, or other real-time communication technologies.● Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, networking, data handling, and mobile performanceoptimization.● Experience working with application state management and scalable Flutter application architecture.● Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.● Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.● Good understanding of mobile application security, performance, and release processes.● Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a team of mobile developers.● Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Experience● Experience working on trading, financial services, stock market, brokerage, or investmentapplications will be preferred.● Familiarity with real-time market data, live price feeds, order placement, portfolio/positionmanagement, and trading workflows is an advantage.● Experience developing applications that require low-latency communication, real-time updates,WebSockets/sockets, and high availability will be highly valued.● Understanding of the technical challenges associated with financial/trading applications, including reliability,performance, security, and data consistency, will be an added advantage.
