Mobile Application Technology Coordinator

Tech Hive UAE is a technology solutions company delivering Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Web & Mobile Application Development, SaaS Solutions, eCommerce, and Digital Transformation services to clients across the UAE and international markets.We are looking for a skilled Mobile Application Technology Coordinator with strong hands-on experience in Flutter and/or React Native to join our mobile development team.About the RoleThe Mobile Application Technology Coordinator will be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and improving modern mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and project managers to transform product requirements and designs into reliable, high-quality mobile applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and/or React Native.Build applications for both Android and iOS platforms.Convert Figma/UI/UX designs into responsive and functional mobile interfaces.Integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs, and backend services.Implement authentication, authorization, push notifications, and user-management features.Work with Firebase services such as Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, and Firestore where required.Implement effective state-management solutions.Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.Debug and resolve application crashes, bugs, and performance issues.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.Integrate payment gateways, maps, social login, analytics, and other third-party services.Work with QA teams to identify and resolve application defects.Participate in code reviews and follow mobile development best practices.Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for source-code management.Support application builds and release processes.Prepare and maintain Android and iOS production releases.Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams during deployment and production releases.Required Qualifications2+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and/or React Native.Good knowledge of Dart for Flutter or JavaScript/TypeScript for React Native.Experience developing and deploying applications for Android and iOS.Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and development principles.Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON-based services.Experience with Firebase and mobile backend services.Understanding of state management such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux, Zustand, or equivalent.Experience with Git and version-control workflows.Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Good written and verbal English communication.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Technical SkillsExperience with the following will be an advantage:FlutterDartFlutter SDKBloc / CubitProvider / RiverpodFlutter animationsFlutter packages and pluginsReact NativeReact NativeJavaScript / TypeScriptRedux / ZustandReact NavigationNative modulesBackend & IntegrationREST APIsGraphQLWebSocketsFirebaseAuthenticationPush NotificationsPayment Gateway IntegrationMobile & DeploymentAndroid StudioXcodeGradleCocoaPodsApp Store ConnectGoogle Play ConsoleTestFlightFirebase App DistributionAdditionalGitHub / GitLabCI/CDFastlaneDocker basicsCrashlyticsFirebase AnalyticsDeep LinkingGoogle Maps / MapboxExperience developing eCommerce apps, SaaS applications, fintech applications, marketplace platforms, booking systems, AI-powered mobile applications, or enterprise applications will be highly preferred.What We OfferPermanent, full-time employment100% remote working environmentCompetitive salary based on skills and experienceOpportunity to work on UAE and international mobile applicationsExposure to Flutter, React Native, Firebase, APIs, AI, and cloud technologiesCollaboration with in-house UI/UX, backend, QA, DevOps, and AI teamsProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesOpportunity to work on complete mobile products from development through productionHow to ApplySend your updated CV along with your GitHub/portfolio and links to published mobile applications, if available, to:hr@techhive.aeSubject: Mobile Application Technology Coordinator – UAE#TechHiveUAE #Flutter #ReactNative #MobileDevelopment #Android #iOS #Dart #Firebase #MobileApps #AppDevelopment #UAEJobs #RemoteJobs #TechJobs
