Mobile Application Validation Coordinator

Tech Hive UAE is a technology solutions company providing Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Web & Mobile Application Development, SaaS Solutions, eCommerce, and Digital Transformation services to clients across the UAE and international markets.We are looking for a detail-oriented Mobile Application Validation Coordinator to ensure the functionality, reliability, usability, compatibility, and performance of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for validating mobile applications throughout the software development lifecycle. You will work closely with mobile developers, backend developers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and DevOps teams to identify issues and ensure applications meet functional and technical requirements before release.Key ResponsibilitiesValidate mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.Review application requirements and prepare appropriate validation scenarios.Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists.Perform functional testing of new features and application updates.Conduct smoke, sanity, regression, integration, system, and acceptance testing.Validate application behavior against business and technical requirements.Test application interfaces, navigation, forms, authentication, permissions, and user workflows.Perform compatibility testing across different mobile devices, screen sizes, and operating-system versions.Test applications under different network conditions, including Wi-Fi, 4G, and 5G.Validate push notifications, deep links, location services, camera, storage, and other device integrations.Perform API validation using Postman or similar tools.Verify data exchanged between mobile applications and backend services.Identify, document, prioritize, and track application defects.Provide clear reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, logs, and relevant technical information for reported issues.Coordinate with developers to investigate and resolve defects.Perform regression validation after fixes and feature updates.Validate application installation, upgrades, updates, and uninstall processes.Conduct basic performance, stability, and usability validation.Support User Acceptance Testing and production-release validation.Verify application builds before deployment to testing and production environments.Maintain organized testing documentation and validation records.Prepare quality reports highlighting defects, risks, and release readiness.Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to application quality processes.Required Qualifications2+ years of professional experience in Mobile QA, Software Testing, Application Validation, or a related field.Strong understanding of Android and iOS applications.Practical experience with manual mobile application testing.Experience preparing test cases, test scenarios, and validation plans.Good understanding of software testing lifecycle and defect-management processes.Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools.Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and API responses.Experience performing functional, regression, integration, and compatibility testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail.Good written and verbal English communication.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred Technical SkillsMobile ValidationAndroid StudioXcodeAndroid EmulatoriOS SimulatorReal-device testingFirebase App DistributionTestFlightGoogle Play ConsoleApp Store ConnectTest AutomationExperience with the following will be an advantage:AppiumSeleniumDetoxMaestroWebdriverIOJavaScript / TypeScriptPythonAPI & Backend ValidationPostmanREST APIsGraphQLJSONSwagger / OpenAPIWebSocketsSQLDatabase validationPerformance & DiagnosticsFirebase CrashlyticsFirebase PerformanceCharles ProxyBrowserStackSauce LabsNetwork inspectionPerformance profilingQA & Collaboration ToolsJiraTestRailZephyrXrayConfluenceGit / GitHub / GitLabPreferred ExperienceExperience validating applications developed using Flutter, React Native, native Android, native iOS, or other cross-platform technologies will be highly preferred.Experience with:eCommerce applicationsSaaS applicationsFintech applicationsBooking platformsAI-powered mobile applicationsEnterprise applicationsOn-demand service applicationswill be an advantage.Experience with mobile automation, API automation, CI/CD validation, device farms, performance testing, and release validation will be highly valued.What We OfferPermanent, full-time employment100% remote working environmentCompetitive salary based on skills and experienceOpportunity to work with UAE and international clientsExposure to mobile, AI, cloud, SaaS, and modern software technologiesCollaboration with development, UI/UX, backend, DevOps, and project teamsProfessional learning and career growth opportunitiesOpportunity to work on diverse real-world technology projectsHow to ApplySend your updated CV along with relevant QA/testing experience or portfolio to:hr@techhive.aeSubject: Mobile Application Validation Coordinator – UAE#TechHiveUAE #MobileTesting #SoftwareTesting #MobileQA #AndroidTesting #iOSTesting #Appium #Postman #QualityAssurance #Jira #UAEJobs #RemoteJobs #TechJobs
