The company continues to grow and seeks people who are energized by fast-paced work and impactful customer interactions.Role Description The Mobile Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Day-to-day activities include engaging customers in-store, understanding their needs, and recommending T-Mobile products, services, and plans that best fit their lifestyle. The Mobile Associate assists customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and account support, while maintaining accurate transactions and records at the point of sale. This role also involves keeping the store environment clean and organized, staying current on promotions and product features, and contributing to team sales goals. Mobile Associates collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure a welcoming, inclusive experience for every customer who visits the store.Qualifications Customer service and retail sales skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers.Basic technical proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and wireless services, including the ability to learn new devices and features quickly.Cash handling, point-of-sale, and transaction processing skills, with strong attention to accuracy and detail.Teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and a customer-focused mindset.Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the sales floor, and assist with light stocking and merchandising tasks.Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred.
