🚀 We're Hiring: Delivery & Publisher Operations Manager (Performance & Affiliate Marketing)📍 Location: Onsite💼 Experience: 3–5 Years💰 Compensation: Top-bracket base salary + Monthly Margin-Linked IncentivesAbout the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Delivery & Publisher Operations Manager to own campaign delivery, publisher operations, and tracking infrastructure across India and global markets.If you've worked hands-on in affiliate marketing, managed high-volume campaigns, scaled publishers, resolved tracking issues, and optimized campaign profitability across multiple verticals, we'd love to connect with you.Key Responsibilities✅ Own end-to-end delivery of performance marketing campaigns across Web and Mobile.✅ Manage and optimize campaigns across CPS, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPR, and RevShare models.✅ Allocate and monitor publisher caps, budgets, and traffic quality to ensure uninterrupted delivery.✅ Build, onboard, and manage relationships with direct publishers, affiliate networks, and media buyers.✅ Configure and troubleshoot tracking, S2S postbacks, and attribution using platforms such as Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers/TUNE, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, and Singular.✅ Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, fraud, click quality, and profitability in real time.✅ Handle advertiser reconciliation, publisher validation, billing accuracy, and payout coordination.✅ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly delivery and performance reports.Vertical Experience PreferredExperience managing campaigns across one or more of the following:E-CommerceTravel & HospitalityEducation / EdTechHealth & WellnessDatingFinTech / BFSIMobile AppsWhat We're Looking For✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or Publisher Operations.✔️ Strong understanding of CPS, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPR, and RevShare campaign models.✔️ Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and MMPs.✔️ Existing relationships with publishers, affiliate networks, or media buying partners are highly preferred.✔️ Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.✔️ Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues, optimize delivery, and protect campaign margins.Why Join Us?💰 Best-in-industry salary for experienced professionals.📈 Monthly performance incentives directly linked to campaign profitability.🌍 Opportunity to work on premium advertiser campaigns across multiple high-growth verticals.🚀 High ownership, fast-paced environment, and excellent career growth.
