Mobile Developer (Android & Flutter) | Leading Healthcare Organization | Central IsraelAbout the RoleA leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for a Mobile Developer (Android & Flutter) to join its Mobile Development team.In this role, you'll develop and maintain modern mobile applications, build new features, enhance existing capabilities, and work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative development environment. You'll partner with Product, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions while leveraging AI tools to streamline development processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Android and Flutter applications.Design and implement new features and improve existing functionality.Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.Develop Unit Tests and contribute to code quality.Analyze and optimize application performance.Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity.Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Participate in technical discussions and contribute to application architecture and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience developing mobile applications.3+ years of Android development experience using Kotlin and Java.At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Flutter.Experience using AI development tools or AI-powered coding assistants – an advantage.Understanding of mobile application architecture and modern development practices.Experience writing Unit Tests.Experience working with Git.📍 Central Israel 🏥 Leading Healthcare Organization 💼 Full-time Position
