Immediate Joiner Experience:-9+ YearsHybrid ModeMust Have

• Native Android in Kotlin or Java, with shipped production apps. React Native and Flutter don’t reach the platform layer, and that is where foreground service types, Doze exemption, audio focus and background execution live.
• Has built or maintained a SIP client. Comfortable with SIP signalling and RTP/SRTP media, and can open a packet capture and tell you what went wrong.
• Knows the Android audio subsystem: Audio Manager, audio focus, and routing between speaker, handset and Bluetooth. Can explain what causes one-way audio.
• Android Enterprise experience in a managed fleet. Device owner and dedicated/COSU modes, managed configurations, MDM-deployed apps, and what those modes stop an app from doing.
• Bluetooth accessory work. HFP/HSP, HID, the pairing lifecycle, and what happens when a headset drops mid-call.
• Enough network knowledge to hold their own on Wi-Fi roaming, jitter and packet loss. Strongly preferred
• WebRTC, including where it stops being the right answer for push-to-talk.
• Worked on a PTT, dispatch, radio-replacement or field-communications product. Few people have.
• Cisco CUCM exposure. Integration knowledge is needed.
