The Opportunity: Craft Our Next-Gen Mobile ExperienceAs a Mid-Level Mobile Developer (Flutter) at RocketPhone.ai, you will play a key role in developing and scaling our cross-platform mobile products (such as RocketCell and mobile client systems). You will build sleek, highly responsive, and real-time communication tools that operate reliably on mobile networks and integrate directly with our AI engine and Salesforce backend.If you are a proactive developer with 6–7 years of overall mobile engineering experience who takes deep pride in writing clean Flutter code and tackling complex real-time mobile challenges, this role is for you. What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):Build & Maintain Flutter Codebase: Architect, build, and deploy high-performance cross-platform iOS and Android solutions using Flutter and Dart.Engine & Native Bridge Development: Write clean native code (Kotlin/Swift) when needed to interface Flutter apps with underlying device capabilities, mobile networks, and background services.Real-Time Communication Integration: Implement and optimize real-time audio, telephony, VoIP (WebRTC, SIP), or call-handling features to ensure low latency and high reliability in mobile calls.Integrate APIs & AI Services: Seamlessly connect mobile clients to backend RESTful APIs, WebSockets, real-time AI processing engines (transcription, coaching), and Salesforce sync channels.Optimize Performance & Reliability: Manage complex application state (e.g., Bloc, Provider, Riverpod), optimize memory footprint, reduce battery drain, and ensure smooth execution during background call logging.Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with backend, AI, and design teams to take features from concept to release in a fast-paced, agile setup.
