$28–35/hr + OT + Bonus + BenefitsDoral / West Miami-Dade, FL · Full-time · Mon–Fri, 8am–6pmWHAT YOU GET· $28–35/hr, plus time and a half on overtime· Take-home company service truck· Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with some flexibility for the odd after-hours or weekend call· Performance bonus + benefits· PTO and uniforms, paid every two weeks· First tech on the team: first in line to lead as we add trucksTHE WORKCommercial fleets (vans, box trucks, tractors), fixed right in the customer's yard.· Diagnose with scan tools: electrical, air systems, no-starts· Brakes (air and hydraulic), PMs and DOT annual inspections· General repairs: cooling, suspension, steering, liftgates· Log each job on a tablet and walk the customer through what you foundA DAY ON THE ROAD8:00 Your truck is at your house. Check your route.9:00 PMs on three box trucks in Doral.11:00 A tractor is down for brakes. Fix it and get it back on the road.2:00 A no-start in Medley. Find it, fix it.5:30 Close out, restock, head home.YOU'VE GOT· 2+ years on diesel, fleet or heavy-duty trucks· Strong diagnostics, plus hands-on brakes, electrical and PM work· Qualified, or able to qualify, to do brake and DOT annual inspections· Your own basic hand tools (we supply the diagnostics and specialty gear)· A valid Florida license and a clean driving record; you pass a drug test and background check· A steady work history, and you own every job like it's your own shop· The hunger to grow with us and the drive to make it happenBonus points: Spanish · ASE certs · mobile or roadside experience · EPA 609WHO WE AREDuraFleet Miami West brings the shop to commercial fleets around Doral and Miami International Airport.
