As a growing tech-driven business in the construction supply space, Mawad offers opportunities to build scalable solutions that impact real-world projects across the region.Role Description The Mobile Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications that power Mawad’s customer and partner experiences. This full-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, fixing bugs, and ensuring smooth integrations with backend services. The Mobile Engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into robust mobile solutions, participate in code reviews, and help improve development processes and standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Mobile Application Development and experience working with production-grade Mobile Applications.Candidates should possess skills in iOS Development and be comfortable working with native iOS frameworks and tools.Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Software Development best practices.Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native) or Android development is beneficial.Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile apps with backend services is preferred.Comfort with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows is expected.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid, cross-functional team environment.
