An elite, high-growth Israeli cybersecurity startup pioneering next-generation Identity Security and enterprise Access Management architectures.Founded by prominent, second-time serial cyber entrepreneurs with proven industry pedigrees, the company recently completed a landmark, highly competitive Series A funding round of tens of millions of dollars backed by top-tier global venture funds.Employing dozens of professionals worldwide with a dense engineering core, the company is building a disruptive, cloud-native platform designed to radically simplify and secure complex identity lifecycles and enterprise access governance.As part of the core founding team, engineers enjoy foundational technical ownership, direct product influence, and rapid execution within a culture that strongly values flexibility and healthy work-life balance.The development center is located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home.Role Description-Serving as a Senior Mobile Software Engineer, joining the core Mobile engineering squad responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering the company's flagship enterprise Identity mobile experience.Taking comprehensive technical ownership over cross-platform mobile client development across both iOS and Android ecosystems utilizing React Native.Architecting scalable, fluid, and robust mobile application features leveraging the Expo framework, modern toolchains, and native modules.Bridging high-performance mobile UI/UX engineering with mission-critical security paradigms, including biometric authentication, secure hardware enclaves, push notifications, and cryptographic key storage.Collaborating closely with Product Designers, Backend Engineers, and Security Researchers to create intuitive, lightning-fast, and bulletproof user workflows.Upholding top-tier engineering standards through clean architecture patterns, code reviews, automated mobile testing, and continuous deployment workflows.Requirements-5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience – Mandatory3+ years of dedicated, hands-on production development in React Native – MandatoryProven, deep understanding of native mobile platforms and deployment across both iOS and Android – MandatoryPractical, hands-on experience developing with the Expo framework and modern React Native ecosystems – MandatorySolid technical grasp of mobile application lifecycle, offline storage, concurrency, and performance tuning – MandatoryStrong engineering foundations: modern TypeScript/JavaScript, state management patterns, and reusable component architectures – MandatoryAutonomous problem solver, proactive team player, and fluent technical communication skills in English – Mandatory
