Mobile Engineer — Flutter

We're looking for a Flutter engineer to own our mobile app.You'll join a team that has built and shipped a mature, feature-rich product, learn it quickly, and take full responsibility for it. Within three months we want you owning the app end to end — the code, the releases, the crash and performance metrics, and the technical decisions that shape where it goes next.This is an ownership role, not a ticket-taking one. You'll work directly with the founder, have real influence over the product, and be the person accountable for the experience hundreds of thousands of teenagers have every day.---## What you'll own- **The Funngro mobile app** — a large, established Flutter application on Android and iOS- **Feature development** — building new capability across earning, learning, rewards and payments- **Releases** — the full cycle, including staged rollouts and post-release monitoring- **App health** — crash-free rate, ANR rate, startup performance and app size- **Monetisation surfaces** — ad integration and the reward mechanics that sit alongside it- **Technical direction for the app** — architecture, dependencies and the quality bar---## What we're looking for### Essential- **3–5 years building production Flutter apps** that real users depend on- **Strong Dart** — async programming, state management, widget lifecycle, performance- **Experience becoming productive in a large codebase you didn't write.** This matters more to us than almost anything else.
