Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

We are currently looking for a Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to join an international fintech company developing a digital investment platform for customers across Europe.The role offers the opportunity to work on a production mobile application for iOS and Android, with significant ownership across development, architecture, testing, performance, and releases.Key responsibilities:Develop and maintain Flutter/Dart applications for iOS and AndroidOwn features and product areas end-to-endContribute to application architecture and state managementWork with REST and WebSocket APIs and real-time dataEnsure high performance, reliability, and security of the applicationManage mobile CI/CD and App Store / Google Play releasesCollaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Compliance teamsContribute to the use of AI-based development tools and agentic workflowsRequirements:3+ years of experience developing production mobile applicationsStrong and recent experience with Flutter and DartExperience with Bloc, Riverpod, or similar state-management solutionsGood understanding of mobile architecture and native iOS/Android functionalityExperience with REST/WebSocket APIs, performance optimization, and secure storagePractical experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, or similarStrong communication and ownership skillsNice to have:Fintech or experience in a regulated environmentExperience with trading or investment productsMarket data and real-time applicationsNative iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experienceExperience with Flutter or AI/agent-related open-source projects
