Mobile Engineering Lead

If you're passionate about mobile engineering, customer experience, and building world-class digital products, we'd love to hear from you.As a Mobile Engineering Lead, you will define and lead the digital channels that customers interact with every day, including mobile apps, web platforms, and next-generation AI-powered customer experiences.This role will own the technical direction, architecture, engineering standards, release strategy, and performance of customer-facing digital channels. You'll lead a team responsible for delivering highly scalable, secure, and reliable consumer-grade experiences while working closely with AI, Platform, Architecture, Product, and Design teams.What you'll be responsible forLeading mobile and web engineering teams across iOS, Android, and web platforms.Defining channel architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.Building secure, high-performing customer experiences with a focus on reliability, scalability, and usability.Driving rapid and safe releases using CI/CD, feature flags, progressive delivery, and automated testing.Delivering AI-powered conversational experiences, including chat and voice interactions.Establishing observability, performance monitoring, and customer journey analytics.Managing app store releases, rollout strategies, and production operations.Building and developing a high-performing engineering team. What we're looking for8+ years of software engineering experience across mobile and web technologies. Cross platform experience.Experience leading engineering teams and setting technical direction.Strong background building and operating large-scale consumer-facing digital products within financial services, fintech, or other highly regulated environments.Expertise in technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Strong experience with CI/CD, feature flags, staged rollouts, and modern release engineering practices.Experience designing secure mobile applications using authentication, session management, certificate pinning, and secure device storage.Exposure to AI-powered, conversational, or agent-assisted customer experiences is highly desirable.Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools within modern engineering environments.Fintech, banking or financial services experience if preferred.
