Flutter Mobile Frontend Developer — UI Design | Figma | Animations & Micro-interactions📍 Delhi | On-site | Full-Time | Founding TeamAbout TobboTobbo is an early-stage consumer social app built around a deeply human behaviour — our curiosity to know what people really think.Our core product flows are already defined. We’re looking for a Flutter frontend developer with strong UI/design skills who can turn those flows into a beautiful, fast and highly polished mobile experience.What You’ll Own* Build and ship Tobbo’s mobile frontend using Flutter & Dart.* Design and refine interfaces in Figma, not just convert existing designs into code.* Turn defined product flows into polished, intuitive consumer-grade mobile UI.* Own typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, components, states and responsive behaviour.* Create high-quality animations, transitions, gestures and micro-interactions.* Build reusable components and maintain a consistent design system.* Integrate frontend experiences with backend APIs.* Optimize performance, responsiveness and perceived speed.* Identify UI/UX imperfections independently and continuously improve the product.* Take ownership from design/refinement → frontend implementation → testing → production.Who We’re Looking ForYou should have:* Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart.* Strong mobile frontend engineering fundamentals.* Good command of Figma and the ability to design/refine mobile interfaces yourself.* Excellent eye for UI, visual hierarchy, spacing and typography.* Strong experience with animations and micro-interactions.* Understanding of mobile UX, gestures, states and interaction patterns.* Experience integrating REST APIs/backend services.* Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup without requiring pixel-by-pixel instructions.* Experience with consumer, social, creator or highly interactive mobile apps is a strong advantage.This Role Is NOT ForThis is not a MERN/full-stack, React web, backend or general web-development role.It’s also not a pure UI/UX design role.We’re specifically looking for someone who sits at the intersection of:Flutter Engineering × UI Design × Figma × Interaction & MotionShow Us Your WorkPlease share 2–3 mobile apps/interfaces you personally built.We especially want to see work demonstrating Flutter UI, Figma/design capability, animations and micro-interactions.Tell us exactly what you personally owned.📩 jointobbo@gmail.comOr send your resume + portfolio directly through LinkedIn.Thanks — we look forward to seeing what you’ve built.Team Tobbo
