We currently operate 35+ mobile service trucks across nine states and continue to expand into new markets. Pennsylvania is our newest chapter, and we're looking for the right leader to help build it.We're looking for someone with grit, accountability, and the leadership to create something exceptional.This is a working leadership role. During the early stages of building the market, you'll lead operations while rolling up your sleeves and performing heavy-duty diesel repairs when business demands require it. As the region grows and your team expands, your role will naturally transition into leading people, developing future leaders, strengthening customer relationships, and driving operational excellence.
