We're Hiring: Mobile Manager (Region Builder)Territory: Eastern & Central Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Harrisburg, York, Reading, West Chester, and surrounding markets)$95,000 to $125,000 Base Salary + Strong Performance-Based BonusMost management jobs ask you to maintain an operation. This one asks you to build one.National Fleet Management sends fully equipped service trucks to our customers' yards and keeps their fleets running where the work actually happens. We operate 35+ mobile service trucks across nine states and we are not done. Pennsylvania is our newest chapter, and we are looking for the leader who will build it.Here is what makes this posting different from most: you do not need to come from our industry. We are looking for an operator who has built something before, and who will build this. We can teach you trucks. We cannot teach you how to start an operation from nothing, hire well, hold a standard, and make the number. What You'll OwnYou are accountable for the region. All of it. The trucks, the team, the customers, the schedule, and the line at the bottom of the P&L.Stand the region up. Get trucks in service, technicians hired and productive, and the first customers onboarded and running on schedule.Build the bench. Recruit, hire, coach, and keep skilled technicians in a market where everyone is fighting for them. Turnover in your region is your scoreboard.Run the calendar. Route density and scheduled preventive maintenance are how mobile service makes money. You build the schedule, you defend it, you grow it.Own the numbers. Gross profit, work in process, open repair orders, headcount, revenue per technician. When the region is off standard, you bring the plan, not the excuse.Own the customer. You are the face of NFM on their yard. Service problems, scope conversations, and growth opportunities run through you.Set the standard. Safety, compliance, and quality are not suggestions. Your team will do what you tolerate, so tolerate the right things.Who We're Looking ForOne thing matters more than anything else on your resume: you have built or fixed something. We want to see one of these on your record. You started a business and ran it. Whether it worked or not, you learned what most managers never will. You opened a new location, branch, territory, or market from zero and got it profitable. You took over a broken operation and turned it around.Beyond that, you should bring:Real leadership. You have hired, coached, and had the hard conversation when someone was not carrying their weight.Recruiting ability. Finding and keeping skilled people is the constraint in this business. If you have solved that problem before, say so.Command of a P&L. Show us your numbers and you can tell us what was driving them.A field presence. This is not a desk job. You will be on customer yards and alongside your team, especially in the early months.Willingness to learn the work. You will not be repairing trucks, but you will need to know enough to know when you are being handed a story. We will invest in getting you there. You have to want it.Character, work ethic, and dependability carry as much weight here as the resume. We hire people who say what they mean, mean what they say, and finish what they start. We will train the systems. We will not train integrity. What You'll Have Behind YouYou are building the region, but you are not building it alone. You will have an operations leadership team that knows this business cold, a technical support structure, and a company that has already stood up regions in nine states and knows what works. The playbook exists. Your job is to run it in a new market and make it yours. Why National Fleet Management$95,000 to $125,000 Base SalaryStrong Performance-Based Bonus tied to regional resultsCompany Vehicle & PhoneHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company Match & Profit SharingPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysLeadership Development & Career GrowthOwnership of a region from day one with real decision authorityThe Bottom LineBuilding a new market is not easy. That is exactly why we are hiring. If you are looking for a comfortable management position, this is not it. If you are a builder who has been waiting for a market of your own, we want to talk.
