Role SummaryBA3 Store is seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Board-Level Repair Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and repairing hardware faults in smartphones, including board-level troubleshooting and micro soldering. Success in this role means delivering accurate, high-quality repairs while maintaining fast turnaround times and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position plays a key role in supporting our repair services and maintaining the company's reputation for technical excellence.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults in smartphones and mobile devices.Perform board-level repairs, including replacing ICs, connectors, charging ports, and other SMD components.Carry out precision micro soldering using professional repair equipment.Repair and test logic boards to ensure devices meet quality standards before delivery.Disassemble and reassemble mobile devices safely without causing cosmetic or functional damage.Use diagnostic tools and repair software to identify hardware issues efficiently.Maintain detailed records of repairs, replaced components, and completed work.Ensure compliance with safety procedures and ESD protection standards.Keep the repair workspace clean, organized, and equipped for efficient operations.Stay up to date with new smartphone technologies, repair techniques, and industry best practices.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve repair processes.QualificationsProven experience in smartphone hardware repair and board-level diagnostics.Strong experience in micro soldering and IC replacement.Ability to read circuit diagrams and use electronic diagnostic equipment.Experience repairing Android and iPhone devices.Familiarity with microscopes, hot air rework stations, soldering stations, DC power supplies, and multimeters.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to repair quality.Ability to work independently and manage repair priorities effectively.Good communication and teamwork skills.Technical certification in electronics or mobile device repair is an advantage.Previous experience in a professional repair center is preferred.
