Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional, technically skilled, and customer-focused Mobile Phone Store Supervisor / Mobile Phone Repair Technician to oversee daily store operations while providing reliable mobile device repair and technical support. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, hands-on repair skills, and good customer service abilities, with the ability to manage store activities and deliver high-quality technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily mobile phone store operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service.Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.Perform screen, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, button, and other component replacements where required.Identify hardware and software faults and carry out appropriate troubleshooting and repairs.Conduct device testing and quality checks after repairs to ensure proper functionality.Advise customers on repair requirements, costs, estimated completion times, and device care.Handle customer enquiries, complaints, warranty matters, and after-sales service professionally.Supervise store staff and coordinate daily work assignments, repair schedules, and customer service activities.Monitor sales, repair orders, inventory, spare parts, accessories, and other store operational requirements.Maintain accurate records of repairs, customer devices, spare parts, sales transactions, and service activities.Ensure repair tools, equipment, workstations, and customer devices are handled safely and securely.Assist customers with device setup, data transfer, software configuration, accessories, and basic technical support.Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, service centers, and manufacturers when required.Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, product presentation, service quality, and customer experience.Identify opportunities to improve repair quality, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and store efficiency.Requirements & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Mobile Phone Technician, Phone Repair Technician, Mobile Store Supervisor, Electronics Technician, or similar role.Practical experience repairing smartphones, tablets, or consumer electronic devices.Good knowledge of mobile device hardware, software, operating systems, and troubleshooting procedures.Strong hands-on repair, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Experience supervising staff or managing retail/store operations would be an advantage.Familiarity with mobile phone brands, accessories, spare parts, and repair tools.Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Good computer skills and familiarity with POS or inventory systems.Ability to handle customer devices carefully and maintain data privacy.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.Relevant electronics, telecommunications, or technical certification would be an advantage.Fluent English required; additional languages would be an advantage.
