Now Hiring: Mobile Deployment Technician – Charlotte, NC (Local Only)We’re looking for a Mobile Deployment Technician to support an onsite mobile device deployment and endpoint management initiative in Charlotte, NC 28208 for one of our direct client.Key Responsibilities:Configure and deploy mobile devices, including iOS devicesCoordinate device scheduling, logistics, and end-user handoffsProvide Level 1 troubleshooting and break/fix supportTrack device inventory, returns, and lifecycle activitiesSupport MDM/UEM environments and follow IT security best practicesRequirements:3+ years of mobile device deployment/configuration experience3+ years of experience with MDM tools such as Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similarStrong troubleshooting and customer support skillsExperience with device tracking, scheduling, and inventory managementStrong organizational and communication skills📍 Location: Charlotte, NC🏢 Work Arrangement: OnsiteInterested or know someone who may be a good fit?
