If yes, we’d love to meet you. At HelpXpat Relocations, we help individuals and families make one of the biggest transitions in their lives — moving to a new country and making it feel like home.We’re looking for a Mobility Consultant to join our Dubai team and become the person our clients can rely on throughout their relocation journey.What will you be doing?As a Mobility Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of relocating employees and their families, delivering a seamless and high-quality relocation experience. You will oversee the full relocation lifecycle from initial needs assessment through to settling-in ensuring each assignee receives personalized, efficient, and client-compliant support. This role requires strong coordination, client relationship management, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to exceed both client and customer expectations. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end relocation services, including needs assessments, orientation, home search, school search, and settling-in support.Act as the primary point of contact for relocating employees and their families, ensuring a smooth, responsive and positive experience throughout the relocation journey.Liaise closely with client HR representatives to ensure service delivery aligns with corporate policies, expectations and agreed timelines.Coordinate multiple relocation activities, appointments and stakeholders, effectively managing schedules and adapting plans based on client and consultant availability.Proactively identify client needs and provide practical, solution-driven support to address challenges and enhance service outcomes.Coordinate closely with internal teams, Field Consultants and external service partners to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.Maintain accurate and timely updates in Zoho systems, including itineraries, reports, job costs, lease details and service milestones.Participate in account-specific calls, team meetings and continuous learning initiatives to improve service quality and performance.Handle escalations professionally in line with client guidelines, escalating to the Operations Manager when required.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assignees, Field Consultants and service partners to ensure consistent service excellence.Ensure compliance with company standards, client policies and confidentiality requirements at all times.We’re looking for someone who is: Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, appointments and stakeholders.A confident, engaging and professional communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.Naturally proactive and solution-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to solve problems independently.Strong attention to detail, while maintaining sight of the bigger picture and overall client experience.Confident working with people from different cultures, personalities and backgrounds, with strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage diverse clients, assignees, consultants and service partners.Able to prioritise effectively, manage deadlines and remain flexible and adaptable when circumstances change.A minimum of 1 year of experience in the relocation industry or a similar client-facing, customer service or coordination role, ideally within an international or global environment. If you’re someone who thrives on people, pace, organisation and problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.Location: Dubai, UAERole: Mobility Consultant – Full TimeApply through LinkedIn or send your CV to careers@helpxpat.comKnow someone who would be a great fit?
