IntePros is seeking a Device Technician to support the deployment and installation of plasma collection devices at healthcare centers throughout an assigned region. This position serves as an onsite technical resource during equipment installation, implementation, and stabilization activities.The Device Technician will prepare equipment, assist with installations, troubleshoot technical issues, validate operational readiness, and provide basic guidance to center personnel. This is a hands on, travel intensive position within a regulated healthcare environment. Candidates must be comfortable traveling overnight up to 80% of the time and working afternoon and evening schedules.Device Technician ResponsibilitiesPrepare, install, test, and verify plasma collection devices.Coordinate installations with vendors, project teams, and center personnel.Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed.Provide onsite technical support during implementation and stabilization.Document installation results, equipment status, and technical issues.Support inventory, shipping, storage, and equipment return activities.Provide basic equipment guidance to center personnel.Follow all safety, quality, regulatory, and PPE requirements.Device Technician QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.At least one year of relevant technical, medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, field service, or equipment installation experience preferred.Technical, biomedical, electronics, mechanical, or healthcare training preferred.Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel experience preferred.Travel and Physical RequirementsWillingness to travel overnight up to 80% of the time.Availability for evening, weekend, overtime, and short notice assignments.Installation hours typically run from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds independently.Comfort working in regulated healthcare environments and wearing required PPE.Paid travel time and approved travel expenses are covered according to project guidelines. Training begins in Boca Raton, Florida, followed by onsite training within the assigned region. Assignment extensions may be available for candidates open to additional travel.
