Associate IT Specialist – Mobility ServicesJob Type: Full-Time | Location: Nashville, TN (On-Site)Optomi, in partnership with a premier client of ours, is seeking an Associate IT Specialist to join the IT Mobility Services team supporting a growing enterprise environment. This role will provide hands-on support for mobile and end-user technology, including device provisioning, troubleshooting, and user support. The position will also play a role in preparing technology environments for newly acquired facilities and helping maintain consistent IT services as the organization continues to expand.What the Right Candidate will Enjoy:Supporting a growing enterprise environment with a focus on mobile and end-user technology!Hands-on device provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment!Collaborating with internal IT teams and end users to maintain reliable technology services!Opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise Mobility Services and large-scale technology operations!Experience of the Right Candidate:Experience providing IT support, device provisioning, or end-user technology support.Familiarity with mobile devices, endpoint technologies, and common hardware/software troubleshooting.Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work directly with end users.Ability to troubleshoot issues methodically and escalate more complex problems when appropriate.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when provisioning and deploying technology.Associate's degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on IT experience preferred.Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:Provision, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot mobile and end-user devices.Provide day-to-day Mobility Services support to end users and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Assist with technology readiness activities for newly acquired facilities, including device deployment and operational preparation.Coordinate with internal IT teams to ensure technology is ready to support new locations and users.Help maintain continuity of service and operational quality during periods of rapid organizational expansion.Track, document, and maintain device and support activities according to established processes.Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve Mobility Services processes and user experience.Support the team as Mobility Services scales to meet the organization's growing enterprise footprint.
