Engineers work in small, highly collaborative teams where technical ownership is encouraged and innovative ideas move rapidly into development.The Senior Mission Analysis & Modeling Engineer will develop high-fidelity mission simulations and operational analyses that influence system architecture, autonomy, mission effectiveness and future product strategy.As the Senior Mission Analysis & Modeling Engineer your responsibilities will includeDeveloping mission-level, physics-based and Six Degree of Freedom (6-DOF) simulation environmentsPerforming Monte Carlo analysis, operational assessments and mission effectiveness studiesBuilding Python-based modelling, simulation and data analysis toolsSupporting engineering decisions through quantitative performance analysis and trade studiesPresenting technical recommendations to multidisciplinary engineering and technical leadership teamsAs the Senior Mission Analysis & Modeling Engineer you will bringDegree in Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related technical disciplineExperience supporting modelling, simulation or mission analysis for missile systems, autonomous vehicles or advanced aerospace platformsStrong Python programming and scientific computing capabilityExperience with 6-DOF simulation, physics-based modelling, Monte Carlo analysis or operational analysisExcellent analytical thinking, communication and technical problem-solving skillsThe Senior Mission Analysis & Modeling Engineer will play a central role in shaping the future of autonomous aerospace capability, influencing engineering decisions from early concept development through operational deployment.
