Rather than analysing mature systems after they have been designed, you'll help determine what gets built and how it should perform.The Senior Mission Analysis & Modeling Engineer will develop high-fidelity simulations and operational analyses supporting missile systems, interceptors and autonomous platforms, directly influencing system performance and future product development.As the Senior Mission Analysis & Modeling Engineer your responsibilities will includeDeveloping mission-level, physics-based and Six Degree of Freedom (6-DOF) simulationsModelling missile, interceptor and autonomous system performance across realistic engagement scenariosPerforming Monte Carlo analysis, trade studies and mission effectiveness assessmentsBuilding Python-based simulation, modelling, data analysis and visualisation toolsUsing quantitative analysis to influence system architecture and engineering decisionsPresenting technical findings and recommendations to multidisciplinary engineering teamsAs the Senior Mission Analysis & Modeling Engineer you will bringExperience within missile systems, weapons analysis, autonomous platforms, aerospace or defence modelling and simulationStrong Python programming and scientific computing capabilityExperience with 6-DOF simulation, Monte Carlo analysis, physics-based modelling or mission-level analysisStrong understanding of system performance, flight dynamics or engagement analysisExcellent analytical thinking and the ability to translate complex simulation results into engineering decisionsThe Senior Mission Analysis & Modeling Engineer will have genuine influence over how next-generation defence systems are designed, evaluated and ultimately deployed.
