Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.Answer customer phone calls professionally and provide accurate information.Process and confirm customer orders with accuracy.Coordinate and follow up on shipments with shipping companies until successful delivery.Handle shipping issues, returns, and customer complaints efficiently.Update order status and keep customers informed throughout the process.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in Moderation and Order Fulfillment.Good command of EnglishExcellent communication and customer handling skills.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
