In this role, the Moderator will oversee and manage online and offline discussion spaces, ensuring that all interactions comply with company guidelines, legal requirements, and professional standards. QualificationsRespond to customer inquiries across all social media platforms.Provide accurate information about products and services.Follow up with customer requests and resolve inquiries promptly.Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when needed.Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.Track customer interactions and report recurring issues.Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely responses.Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English and Arabic languages.Experience in content review, community management, or moderation within healthcare, technology, or related sectors.Ability to interpret and apply policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements, with attention to detail and sound judgment.Proficiency with digital platforms, social media tools, and basic office software; comfort working with dashboards and reporting tools.Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive topics with discretion.Organizational and time-management abilities to handle high volumes of content and meet response time targets.
