Job SummaryThe Retail Operations Assistant Manager / Manager will lead strategic and hands-on initiatives to enhance store efficiency, productivity, and operational consistency across Korea. Working closely with HQ, regional teams, and external partners, this role oversees store infrastructure, IT and operational projects, maintenance, store openings and closures, audits, and vendor management to support scalable operations and long-term business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement operational strategies and process improvements to enhance store efficiency and productivity across Korea.Lead projects involving store infrastructure, IT systems, and digital platforms to support scalable operations.Manage operational readiness and execution for store openings, relocations, and closures.Maintain high standards of store maintenance, safety, and operational consistency across all locations.Manage vendors, contracts, and procurement processes to improve cost efficiency while maintaining premium store conditions.Ensure a stable and scalable supply chain for packaging and store support materials.Lead store audit programs, monitor compliance with operational standards, and implement proactive measures to address risks.Lead Korea’s coordination for Asia regional Store Manager Conferences, ensuring alignment and effective execution across markets.Lead overseas incentive trip projects for top performers and oversee planning, travel arrangements, and cross-country collaboration for leadership programs.QualificationsStrong cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities.A commitment to operational excellence and a strong sense of responsibility.Strong execution capabilities and a focus on delivery.Field leadership, clear communication with stores, and a store-oriented mindset.A positive, proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills
