Modern Workplace SpecialistHybrid | Lichfield (Group Support) | 37.5 hours per weekAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Modern Workplace Specialist to join our Group Support team and play a key role in delivering and evolving Voyage Care’s Modern Workplace environment.This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies that enable secure, effective collaboration across the organisation. You’ll work closely with colleagues across IT and the wider business, acting as a trusted technical advisor and helping to drive our ongoing digital transformation.Whether you’re an experienced Modern Workplace professional or earlier in your career with strong technical capability and the drive to learn, we’re interested in what you can do and the value you can bring.What You’ll Be DoingConfiguring, maintaining, and optimising Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDriveProviding high-quality end-user support and resolving Modern Workplace-related issuesSupporting and maintaining Microsoft Autopilot to enable efficient device provisioning and lifecycle managementManaging devices using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and ensuring policy compliancePackaging, deploying, and maintaining software applications, with a focus on automation where possibleSupporting security and compliance across Microsoft 365 and Azure environmentsEnhancing collaboration and productivity through Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related toolsSupporting Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows Virtual Desktop and wider Azure integrationsManaging mobile devices, including:Android devices (particularly Samsung) using Samsung KnoxApple iOS devices via Apple Business ManagerSupporting the delivery and ongoing operation of a secure BYOD environmentProducing clear documentation and delivering training to users and IT colleaguesWhat We’re Looking ForExperience & Technical CapabilityWe’re open to candidates at different stages of their career.
