The Company:A boutique AV integration business with business hubs in both Sydney and Brisbane are looking to bring a technically minded Modern Workplace Support Engineer into the business. The business specializes in delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients.The role:This is a hands-on role for someone that can solve complex technical AV issues and support end users of the business.You will provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology solutions (Google meet, MS Teams etc.) whilst integrating with the companies' AV environments.High levels of stakeholder management are needed as you will be onsite representing the company and dealing with all levels of seniorityYou will need experience with:Supporting corporate AV, unified comms and workplace technology Hands on support with meeting rooms - remotely & onsiteAbility to troubleshoot and resolve faults across audio, video, control and network connected AV systems Strong communication and stake holder management skills Must have experience with vendor technology Crestron , Logitech, Neat, YealinkWhat is on offer:$100,000-$120,000+Super+Company VehicleJoin a growing and already well-established business, job security is a given Exposure to leading corporate and government customers Work with state of the art cutting edge technology and a team of highly skilled individuals
