The ideal candidate will have strong engineering knowledge, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage design modifications, system improvements, and engineering changes while ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards.🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🔹 Analyze existing designs, systems, and equipment to identify modification requirements.🔹 Develop and implement engineering modifications based on technical specifications and project needs.🔹 Prepare engineering drawings, technical documents, and modification proposals.🔹 Coordinate with design, production, maintenance, and quality teams to execute modifications effectively.🔹 Evaluate technical risks and ensure modifications comply with engineering standards and regulations.🔹 Conduct inspections, testing, and validation of modified systems or components.🔹 Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective engineering solutions.🔹 Maintain accurate records of engineering changes, revisions, and project documentation.🔹 Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.✅ REQUIREMENTS🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field (preferred).💡 Strong Engineering Modification & Technical Design Experience Required.🛠 Proven experience in engineering changes, system upgrades, design improvements, or technical modifications.💻 Proficiency in engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar software is an advantage.📐 Strong understanding of engineering principles, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.📊 Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.🤝 Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.🌍 Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.🛂 Valid UAE Employment Visa / Work Authorization Required.⚠️ Candidates must have legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
