The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe dispensing practices, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional patient care.This role is open to both experienced pharmacists and fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in a professional and growth-oriented pharmacy environment.Location: UAE - SharjahKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, sales support, and stock controlProvide accurate medication counseling and healthcare advice to customersEnsure compliance with MOH/SHA regulations and Good Pharmacy Practice standardsMonitor inventory levels, expiry dates, and coordinate timely replenishmentMaintain proper documentation and regulatory recordsDeliver high standards of customer service and build long-term patient relationshipsSupport store performance targets while maintaining ethical pharmacy practicesWork collaboratively with the pharmacy and management team to ensure smooth operationsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D)Valid MOH/SHA License or Eligibility LetterMinimum 1 year of experience preferred (Freshers are welcome to apply)English & Arabic fluency (spoken and written)Valid UAE Driving LicenseStrong communication and presentation skillsProfessional attitude with high ethical standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary as per UAE standardsProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for career growth and developmentExposure to a dynamic and expanding pharmacy network
